Jordan Ayew scored his first goal for Swansea City on Sunday afternoon when they defeated West Bromwich Albion 2-1 in the final match-day of the English Premier League.
The Ghana forward leveled the score after he headed from close range to register his maiden goal for Swansea City.
Jonny Evans opened the scoring for the Baggies at the Liberty Stadium with a 33rd-minute header before the Black Stars striker pulled parity for the home team.
Swansea’s top striker this season Fernando Llorente struck with four minutes remaining as Paul Clement’s side secured all three points late on.
