The Big Brother Naija star Hermes Iyele has revealed that his mother, Isioma Ohebian Iyele, has passed away. The date of Isioma Iyele’s death was November 5, 2024.

On November 6, Hermes informed his Instagram followers of the news.

Hermes said, “I am on a work trip when I received the sad news, so it is with the heaviest of hearts that I would like to make public the passing of my beloved mum.”

He talked about the emotional fallout from the loss and admitted that he didn’t have the mental or financial fortitude to handle it.

Hermes also requested prayers and financial assistance for the burial services in his tweet, pleading for support at this trying time. “Please offer up prayers for me and my siblings. He wrote, “Please help us in any way you can,” asking his community to be there for him and his family during this trying time.
